Hand harvested from wild and semi-wild broad leaf antique tea trees located in the Yunnan province of China. Brews up a deep ochre red and has a rich earthy taste with notes of smoke and moss. Partially fermented which will appeal to the senses of both the black tea lover and the green tea lover.
The classic Oolong doused in raspberry. With real dried raspberry pieces and rose petals this tea brews deliciously sweet.

GREEN and WHITE TEA

Hyson, or Lucky Dragon Tea, is a Chinese green tea that comes from the Anhui province of China. It is made from young leaves that are thinly rolled to have a long, twisted appearance that unfurls when brewed. The name Hyson is likely a Chinese name meaning “flourishing spring” (熙春茶).

Assam, oolong, and lapsang
As the United Kingdom’s domination of the Eurasian tea trade grew their ships became the primary source of delivering teas to Europe. The Russian royal family with a long history of importing teas over land via the Silk Road and were distressed to find that the tea being delivered no longer had the distinct smoky edge that the Silk Road teas had acquired over their months of travel by campfire smoke. Thus the ‘Caravan Tea’ was born; a blend of delicate oolongs with smoked lapsang provides a subtly smokey flavor reminiscent of the overland teas.
