Rooibos (pronounced “ROY-bus,” Afrikaans for “red bush”) has a sweet, almost chocolate-y whiff to begin with. By adding caramel to this South African herb, we’ve created a delectable decaf indulgence that we’re down with for dessert. To get one more “d” in there, it’s dairy-free! But it has been known to be sipped at sunrise in the back of safari jeep with milk and sugar. Mmmmmm.
